Discuss whether automated releases should be included in the CI pipelines #3

Another point of feedback from UKAEA Coding Discussion Group on 2021-09-24. It would be fairly trivial to put a job in the CI files that would generate a release upon a tag being created. However, it is also good for a new user to manually go through the process of making a release to see what is involved. Perhaps this is a feature that could be commented out in the CI file initially, or the correct syntax for performing automated releases could be included in the tutorial text?
