`Range` header no longer works

One used to be able to play videos directly off tinystash, yet now it is impossible for some formats due to nonfunctional seeking: Range HTTP header is being ignored completely since some time ago.

Right, previously there was a proxy (CloudFlare) in front of tinystash that actually handled requests, including the Ranged ones. tinystash itself doesn't support the Range header. I plan to add our own caching mechanism, which will not only improve response time for "hot" files but should also bring support for Range requests.
