• UslpFrameHandler (Receive USLP Packets)
  • Reference Handler that's already USLP-ish
• Space Data Link Security Protocol
  • Blue Book

Acceptance Criteria

• Can receive and authenticate USLP Packets from the S/C

Validation Procedure

• SW Sim Required?
• HITL Required?

• Dependency of PR #37 validation
• Ingest USLP Packet
• Successfully authenticate USLP Packet using SDLS protocol
