Make it compatible with Windows

I found your module with happiness !
Just a little improvement if possible...
on Windows, activate_this.py file is located in venv/Scripts folder, not venv/bin. This is a little bit silly, but it's like this...
If you can improve your module to detect os family then change the behavior, it will be compatible with linux and windows os family...
