Feature request: visualize epicenter uncertainty ellipse on map for Hypo71 solution

I would like to be able to visualize on the map the x and y error numbers reported by Hypo71 for each solution. This could be implemented as an ellipse centered on the epicenter. This is a common way to visualize location uncertainty and would be a useful addition/option to the visualization of epicenters that currently exists.
