Adding for uutils projects called "util-bsd", "util-macos" and "util-windows".
For "util-windows" for example existing then Rust-rewrites for cmd.exe , more.com , tree.com , xcopy.exe , Robocopy.exe , etc.
Some of that tools are already rewritten by WINE or ReactOS - but not in Rust.
