What it says on the tin. Nothing else is affected and the picture rating progress is saved, as the app updates picture titles in real time.
I suggest restricting the app rotation. At least as a toggle that's ON by default, as I see current screen rotation implementation being useful on "landscape" orientation tablets.
If the screen rotation would be an intended feature, then interface should get receive some tweaks for tall aspect-ratio screens. In fact I can't see the bottom text on 20:9 aspect ratio at 939dpi with 3-button system naviation turned on. Don't mind if I mention it here.
