Docs: Remove stale 30-Day Trial (POC) tenant recipe reference

Under the "Interacting with the VergeOS Database" section, the following text appears:

Reference Example
The "30-Day Trial (POC)", shared to your tenant recipes by default, provides an example of some of the things that can be done with a tenant recipe. Although it cannot be directly edited, you can clone this recipe to view the question configuration as a reference.

Problem

As of VergeOS 26.1.2, this recipe does not appear in the Marketplace repository's Tenant Recipes listing. The reference is misleading for users trying to find a working example of tenant recipe question configuration.

Suggested Fix

• Option A: Remove the "Reference Example" callout entirely
• Option B: Replace with a note encouraging users to inspect the auto-generated system questions on any new tenant recipe, or to clone a Marketplace VM recipe to see question patterns
• Option C: Re-add the 30-Day Trial (POC) recipe to the Marketplace if it was removed unintentionally

Context

Discovered while drafting a support response for a customer (Xigent Solutions) actively building tenant recipes. The customer specifically asked about pre-packaged tenant recipe examples.
