Fix navigation issues on creating items

When you create a new item, there appears to be an issue with the routing/cache invalidation.

This is present whereby when you click Create for a resource, it does not navigate you from the New modal and then when you dismiss the modal manually, the URL silently re-write to /new leading to some strange issues
