FDB empty

I have a lot of dell switches (power connect 35xx). I have add some ugly command in order to use lldp correctly:

lldp optional-tlv port-desc sys-name sys-desc sys-cap 802.3-mac-phy

Now, it work, but I don't collect what I could expect in the FDB. I have data only on cascade link.

Could you try to walk ".1.3.6.1.2.1.17.4.3.1.2" and see if you get any
result. If yes, could you try with "public@478" where "public" is your
read-only community and "478" is a VLAN present on the switch. If you
get a different result, this means that your switch uses CSI to expose
FDB through SNMP.

Does Wiremaps is able to collect VLAN associated to each ports
correctly?

There is no result with .1.3.6.1.2.1.17.4.3.1.2.

The VLAN Number are collected without problem. But I can see that FDB are completed when the port is a 802.1Q trunk.

Just to be sure, you did really try .1.3.6.1.2.1.17.4.3.1.2 using the special community public@478?

If there is nothing, this means that the FDB is stored in some proprietary MIB. Do you have the MIB for your switch?

I am seeing only the mac address for the ethernet port 48 (a trunk).

However,
snmpwalk -c MyRoCo@478 -v2c hp-bunker01 .1.3.6.1.2.1.17.4.3.1.2
doesn't work, even for my HP Procurve ?

HP Procurve does not support community string indexing and it seems that
your Dell does not support it either. We just need to find where the FDB
is located in the MIB of this equipment.
