The BDK Wallet Project

I'm opening this issue to explore replacing the current watch-only wallet with BDK's wallet.

I'll do some exploration this week to figure out if it's possible to have a drop-in replacement or if I need to do some upstream work to make it happen.

IMHO we should still maintain a wallet that its whole point is only feed rpc and electrum... I would say one thats "constrained" to maintain basic florestad functions(as a full node), low-dependency and safe to use(no priv keys).

keeping that, one building that BDK wallet would have more freedom to build a full blown utreexo wallet for floresta!

The idea is to completely remove the kv wallet in favor of BDK. Watch only for now, but maybe I can add spend functionality to get feature parity with Core in the future.
