Expand budget questions beyond conferences and certifications.

Many companies now offer general "education and training" budgets and these can be used on things like books, classes, and special training which may not result in a certification. It's worth asking about a budget like this as it can be a major QOL improvement to any employee.

In other words, trying to avoid biases where people will be optimistic about the future. Is less likely a person will lie to you about the past if it's specific
