I could not find a document related to implement OIDC, is a way to configure OIDC with hetzner-k3s ?
Any tips are welcome.

Hi, hetzner-k3s is a tool that automates and simplifies the creation of Kubernetes clusters based on k3s in Hetzner Cloud. Anything related to software installed in the cluster is out of scope. I am converting this issue to a discussion so others might be able to help. Please keep the issues tracker only for issues specific to hetzner-k3s's core functionality. :)

I am not familiar with the subject, but it seems from a quick look (e.g. https://geek-cookbook.funkypenguin.co.nz/kubernetes/oidc-authentication/k3s-keycloak/) that it should be possible to configure some API server settings for this.
