strapi new can only be called in an empty directory how to fix this error on terminal

I been trying to run Strapi new server on my visual studio terminal and just been having errors the errors say; strapi new can only be called in an empty directory some please help me.

Your C drive is still a directory, and it's probably not empty, so you have to create a new volume: https://www.tomshardware.com/news/how-to-make-partitions-windows-10,36643.html
