Gamepad/joystick support

It would be nice if the game had joystick support. That way I could play it on my OUYA.

I added cursor keypad support in #16
You could add support for joystick in a similar way (I know nothing about joystick events and don't own an OUYA).
If the joystick generates cursor key events, I might even work out-of-the-box.
