Merge roo functionality into spreadsheet

The spreadsheet gem does not officially support Google Docs spreadsheets or Open Office spreadsheets.

The roo gem appears to no longer be maintained. It contains code and functionality that could be used to enhance the spreadsheet gem: support for Google Docs spreadsheets and Open Office spreadsheets, for instance.

The goal of merging the roo functionality (and code, where applicable) into spreadsheet could be added to the spreadsheet roadmap.
