using scroll wheel on a mouse.

Is there anyway at all to make the selection screen have a scroll bar instead of needing to use the mouse wheel? Or just using the vanilla quick select screen to make the selection for magic/enchantments? Is it something I could do on my end to make it better fit my needs? Sorry for bothering you on here and nexus about it.
