Add different categories ordering options

Currently the categories and subcategories are arranged in a single order, sorted by id in ascending order

Describe the solution you'd like
To solve this problem, different forms of sorting should be created to be administered by the admin, for example:
Name Asc,
Name Desc,
Id Asc,
Id Desc,
Among others.

Additional context
This need arose because a customer wanted to have the categories arranged in alphabetical order.
