Feature request on Cash returns

Due to Romanian law on cash payments, we are able to collect payments of max. 9900 RON for normal clients and max. 4990 RON for company clients.
A global limit of 4990 RON would be great for cash/ramburs payments (so that the client can only select card or bank transfer if the amount exceeds 4990 RON).

Would this be a feasible feature?
