Current state and licence

Hi @vtsman, I stumbled in your project yesterday, I found it really interesting and, after testing it by myself I'm wondering, what is the current state of the project? Declaration of parts are working recursively? A program can have multiple outputs? It can run time steps, like simulating a flip-flop? Whats the licence?

Also I found a misssing i++ here.

I haven't worked on it in quite some time, though I've learned a lot recently and would be willing to continue the project. Thank you for your interest! I will be sure to add a license as well.
