Consonants are not going to happen, but synthesising vowel sounds seems easy enough with “formant synthesis”.

• Use a PeriodicWave per vowel? Would allow instruments that for example combine a faster “AAAA” oscillator and a slower “EEEE” oscillator.
  • although since there are so few “overtones” to each vowel, maybe just an utility for playing two oscillators like a vowel would be enough?
