Internationalization debt scorecard #107
Description
It might be useful to have a public, automated dashboard quantifying browser support gaps ("debt") for key i18n features, modeled after https://wpt.fyi/interop (low debt = high support).
It can use data from i18n tests, WPT results, and maybe @mdn/browser-compat-data, CanIUse, and gap-analysis status for open issues.
