Stop loading any content from CDN or external sources

This is an admin panel and admin panels should be really really strict.

The CSP rules already forbid loading of some CSS and fonts and it's triggering errors after login.

Remove any content (CSS, fonts etc) loaded from CDN and only load from 'self'.
