help please

everytime i try to run an command i get this 'smi.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file. and this i swhat i typed in C:\Users\ninok>smi.exe inject -p unturned -a HInj.dll -n HInj -c Loader -m Load

C:\Users\ninok>smi.exe

This means that smi.exe should be located in C:\Users\ninok or you've added the directory where it is located to the PATH. If it's neither, you can:

• Use the full path to the program, e.g. "C:\Users\ninok\Downloads\SMI\smi.exe" inject -p unturned -a HInj.dll -n HInj -c Loader -m Load
• Open folder where smi.exe is located in the File Explorer and then Open Command Prompt from the File Explorer Address Bar
• Change working directory to the folder where smi.exe is located
• Add the folder where smi.exe is located to PATH (so CMD could find program anytime without extra steps)

A quick Google search for "is not recognized as an internal or external command" would provide several solutions to this problem. Also "help please" is not very informative title :)
