Save models and data under approach, dataset subfolder

The data and models folder are quite flat at the moment. It would be cleaner models to be organised by approach and data by dataset.

XLinear is already saved under models/xlinear, this change would create models/mesh-cnn and models/science-ensemble at a minimum.

Data wise it would create data/science/ and data/mesh
