Some neighbour in the exact same spot as the focal during intra.calc or inter.calc

Just to note that there are some neighbours that have exactly identical coord as the focal individual at the stage of calculating intra.calc or inter.calc. This could simply be an issue with the first time step, because these overlapping neighbours should be removed in the next time step. Might want to double check.
