Automatic Node Discovery

Add a server to the supervision tree (under meridian_sup) that periodically sends a UDP broadcast message containing the name of the node and indicating that the node is running meridian. The server also listens for broadcast messages from other nodes and establishes a connection to any nodes it is not already connected to.
