Windows Defender Flags 1.0 exe as Trojan virus

The release 1.0 of UnityPackageBrower gets marked as a trojan virus upon downloading it. This is Unexpected Behavior.
The expected behavior is that the application does not get flagged by either chrome or defender and can be run without any warning.
