Describe the hugo headers above content files in a directory README

Title. Right now, a contributor from the audience wouldn't know what those headers are or the fact that they're not meant to be read in Github's Jekyl preview. A general contribution guide explaining the basic hugo layout and the shortcuts available via hugo's templates would probably be beneficial. (I haven't prioritized looking into those shortcuts, myself, for example.)
