ISupportedOperations are not injected

Depending on the container, supported operations are not automatically registered with the container.

TinyIoC is very proactive but Autofac and StructureMap requires registration.

They should be added to the core registrations class.

Have to consider twice. Not all would possibly be injected in the same scope. Maybe this should actually stay the API's responsibility to register.
