Some packages are outdated

Some packages are outdated - I mean that on winget a newer version is available in the manifest repository than in the search results on winget.run.

Is there some caching or synchronization issue?

The podman package version 4.1.1 is available for 1.5 month in the manifest repository (since 16 June):

Actually, many packages on winget.run are outdated and newer packages are missing.
