My “modal” form is behind the gray background of the modal

Hello,

My “modal” form is behind the gray background of the modal. The form is therefore not accessible, which closes the modal if I click.
At first (very short) the form is accessible and without gray background. Then the gray background recovers the whole page.

Any idea what could be causing this?
