When loading messages from file, can not enter commands after break

Run ./main.py -l sample_logs/short.log -b [global]
Expected: stops at the first wl_registry@2.0 global()
Actual: Says it stopped, but keeps running to the end

The upcoming integration tests will include a failing test for this
