Question about reforging with gems and RoRo

Hello, I would like to know if reforging with gems for a windwalker monk is relevant and correct. As far as I remember, before RoRo it didn't work consistently and was worse than manually setting gems. Can it be improved?

Also, a question about stat weights in Saved EP weights. There is a RoRo preset. What does it affect? Is it better by default if there is RoRo? Or is it automatically applied when Force RoRo proc is enabled in the reforging settings?

Yes, RoRo reforging is correct.
I would follow the defaults that I have created as they create the most optimal results. The weights are automatically changed if you have RoRo and this is purely to distribute weights after the RoRo criteria has been met. For example once Mastery is the highest stat, if the Sim can prioritise Haste > Crit somehow (as an example) then the RoRo EP does that. It has nothing to do with how it ensures Mastery is your highest stat.
