Description
though all of the major plugin formats support exposing presets to the host, the functionality thereof is quite limited, typically consisting just of an analog of MIDI banks. at this point, the vast majority of plugins opt instead to present a preset browser of some sort in the UI.
my preference is to not expose presets/patches through baseplug to the host and defer this to the plugin UI.
