Enhance Code Documentation of Builder.js #2
Description
The documentation of builder.js yet lacks of the needed detail, especially the big functions look very complex and big, as I avoid using functions within loops to gain performance if possible. Except the function itself would be such big, that it would blow up the code to a >= 200 repeating line function desaster.
Unfortunately in v8 there is currently no possibility of marking functions for inline compiling...
