all buttons do not appear with jquery 1.8.3 #166
Description
I am facing a big problem with jQuery 1.8.3 because I use Yii 1.1 framework that need jQuery 1.8.3 and when use yiiGridView library also need jQuery 1.8.3.
when use EnjoyHint 4.0.1 with jQuery 1.8.3 the Next, Skip, Previous buttons don not appear.
I tried to add class 'enjoyhint_next_btn' manually to Next button but the button still hidden.
