unknown field "params" in types.GenesisState

Steps to reproduce

We catch problem with node version 9.0.0 and 9.0.1 with your genesis.json config. See: https://docs.xrplevm.org/pages/operators/getting-started/join-the-xrplevm#6.-download-the-genesis-file

When start exrpd we catch this error:
panic: failed to unmarshal ibc genesis state: unknown field "params" in types.GenesisState

Version 8.0.1 work fine.
Problem affect only 9 version
