time synchro and ping doesnt work #4

Dear,
new Version 2.3.3 is in use
For any reason after writing the image by win32diskimager to an pi4 and startup the system, time and ping doesnt work.
Ip addr gives out that the network adress is correctly given by dhcp server. I can connect to RDP-Server aswell with delays.
After waiting few minutes the time is is set correctly and the ping command works fine.
Any idea which setting is wrong?
