Cant get it to work

Did some stuff. Long story. Mod aint working.

Ive deleted every trace I could find off Custom avataars and DynamicOpenVR and reinstalled both with their latest versions. I boot up beatsaber (I have the basic core mods) and custom avatars doesnt even appear in the mods list. any ideas?
