commit file and push to github failure

Error: Can't commit, file has been changed since last pulled. To prevent data loss, the file will be downloaded to local downloads directory.

Is this a real bug or what im eventually doing wrong? Any help here?

Did you have a problem committing the file?
Can you open the JavaScript console and report what was the error?
