Purpose

Systematize creation of high-quality branded infographics for every podcast episode using Yudame branding specifications.

Success Criteria (Based on Episode 3)

The Episode 3 portrait infographic demonstrated:

• ✅ Clean visual hierarchy (header → protocols → takeaways)
• ✅ Generous white space with gray section dividers
• ✅ Consistent icon style (simple line art)
• ✅ Strong hook at top (89% stat)
• ✅ Scannable in 10-15 seconds

Yudame Branding (LOCKED)

• Colors: Salmon (#E8B4A8), Cream (#F5F1E8), Black (#000000)
• Typography: Playfair Display (headlines), Inter (body)
• Icon style: 2px stroke, outlined, 32px for protocols
• Logo: Yudame Research wordmark in footer

Template Structure

┌─ Header (15%): Title, hook stat, thesis
├─ Content (65%): 3-5 protocols with alternating white/cream backgrounds
├─ Takeaways (15%): 3 critical takeaways with icons
└─ Footer (5%): Yudame branding + URL

Deliverables

• Generation prompt template with exact branding specifications
• Content extraction template for each episode
• Quality checklist (branding, structure, readability, icons)
• Workflow integration (Phase 11 - Publishing)

Workflow Integration

After companion resources created, before feed update:

1. Extract content from report.md and content_plan.md
2. Fill episode-specific content template
3. Generate infographic using NotebookLM/Gemini
4. Run quality check
5. Save to companion/infographic-portrait.png
