Systematize creation of high-quality branded infographics for every podcast episode.
Context
A detailed plan exists at docs/plans/episode-infographic-generation-plan.md covering:
- Yudame branding requirements (colors, typography, icon style, logo placement)
- Infographic layout templates (portrait format)
- Integration with the podcast episode workflow
Scope
- Generate branded infographics from episode content (report.md / content_plan.md)
- Apply Yudame design system (Playfair Display + Inter, salmon/cream/black palette)
- Automate as part of the publishing phase
Reference
Based on the Episode 3 portrait infographic which validated the visual approach. Plan documents improvements for branding consistency, typography, and icon style.
