Data lost on form refresh

When the submit pod form is submitted with invalid data in one or more of its fields, the site correctly displays validation errors, but clears all the fields in the form.

This is very frustrating for users, because if they make a mistake in any of the form's fields, they're forced to retype all the information in the form before they can submit it again.
