Submit new pod form - UI Design / Data Validators

When there is a data validation error in the "submit pod" form, we should:

a) Highlight the form fields that failed validation
b) Place an error message below each failed field explaining the problem

We should also:

c) Indicate required fields by putting an asterisk (*) next to the field
d) Disable the "submit" button until all required fields have been filled
