Speed of tracking and zoom

When data are big the tracking (cross hair) and the zoom is quite slow.

This can be seen when trying to zoom in the 13C NMR spectrum.

I did what I could in 34892fb to prevent some re-renders. Now if it's still too slow for you, the only solution we have is to reduce the number of points before rendering.

This issue does not exist in Firefox. Maybe we can change some CSS to fix Chrome too, but I don't know.
