Enabled "follow focus" opens in Chrome 57.0.2987.133 the Chrome Help too

If I run the demo http://jonatan.virtuallypreinstalled.com/ContextHelp/ and aktivate "Make the help bubble follow focus" then F1 opens the Chrome Help in addition to the field help :)
