ISP's essa_url not working

The essa_url from both ISPs doesn't seem to work at this point of time.

Singtel throws a SSLCertVerificationError:

while Starhub complains about "incomplete fields":

Are these URLs still valid? How about other current ISPs like M1 and Simba?

Sorry, don't have the time to look into this right now and I'm generally not in an area with Wireless@SG access either. Maybe somebody else could check to see if its still working?

Not sure if this is the cause of the issue or not but to my knowledge, Wireless@SG and its password based access methods are gradually being phased out, in favor of the password-less access methods based on Wireless@SGx.

If the urls above are meant for Wireless@SG only, this explains why they are not working.
