[Core] Rename ZHA config entry after ZBT-2 migration #74
Description
When migrating from a SkyConnect/ZBT-1 to a ZBT-2, the ZHA config entry will not be renamed from the SkyConnect/ZBT-1 name to ZBT-2. This can cause confusion and lead to accidental deletion of the ZHA config entry, especially since the hardware integration for the old adapter stays around currently and can be removed:
We should investigate if we can rename the ZHA integration's config entry during a migration.
AFAIK this has been discussed previously and was not followed up due to us not being allowed to modify "user data": config entry title.
So, we may need to consider if we can always rename the config entry, which would be fine in my opinion, or only if the config entry name exactly matches what SkyConnect/ZBT-1 would have set it to.
