I would like to request Philips Hue MotionAware be added to ZHA if possible.

As far as I understand, the Philips Hue MotionAware feature is not using any official Zigbee standards/specifikation, instead from what I read believe that Philips Hue MotionAwareTM is a Philips own proprietary technology which depends on an extension of Philips's custom closed-source firmware application that runs on-device specifically only runs on each Philips Hue devices to provide Zigbee signal fluctuation measurment data in real-time, as in just a Philips Hue products that been updated with a closed-source firmware that support the feature which is reporting those Zigbee signal fluctuation which is the data that the Philips Hue Pro Bridge then analyze and expose as motion sensor events based on some propriatory machine-learning algoritm that they developed. Alternativly it could be that Philips Hue devices not only measures fluctuations in Zigbee signals but also does on-board analysis to calculate motion sensor events on each device and actually just report the result from device's onboard analysis.

Regardless, it is probably not an open Zigbee standard that other Zigbee gateway applications (like ZHA or Zigbee2MQTT) could implement based on just official development documentation from the CSA (Connectivity Standards Alliance, formerly the Zigbee Alliance), so instead developers with personal interest of reverse engineering the Philips Hue MotionAware would need to sniff the traffic between Philips Hue MotionAware compatible devices and weel the Philips Hue Pro Bridge and then deconstruct/decrypt the packets try to figure out the message format of the Zigbee signal fluctuation measurment data that those devices are communicating between each other.

Note! Slightly off-topic but FYI as relevant, you might be interested in reading the pages linked below about a slightly more open technology for WiFi devices called "[TOMMY]" (a.k.a. "Tommy Sense"), which is also not open-source, however anyone can license it for a low fee and it can achieve something similar on ESP32 devices running open-source firmware such as example ESPHome:

PS: From an end-users point-of-view it is be less expensive to implement that TOMMY solution with ESPHome on ESP32 if you want to implement this type of technology in every room in your home. Otherwise you currently need to buy at least compatible Philips Hue devices per zone (in addition to the Philips Hue Pro Bridge that is a must today).
